After an account has been established and your first pick up is performed, your files are stored at our San Diego facility. Clients can request stored files (or whole boxes) by phone, email, fax or via our online request form. Most services are performed the next business day following a request.
Economy Services Now Available
For clients not in a rush to receive services, our economy option offers per trip cost savings. Economy requests are serviced in the next 3 business days following a request.
Pick Up @ Storage – A Customer Favorite
Our document storage facility is centrally located in the Eastgate area, just east of I-805 at Miramar Road. Previously requested records can be picked up in person, allowing clients to save on transportation costs. Clients may also choose to bring documents for storage or for certified destruction, in lieu of requesting a pick up.
Expedited and Customized Services
We understand that there may be a time when you a need a file right away, or need to schedule our services for a specific time of day. To accommodate all these needs, Sentry Storage Solutions offers on-call and customized services at an increased cost.
Our residential clients have the same options as clients with a commercial address. Residential services are always performed by our in-house driver, and never by courier.
